Here is our happy girl. Moriah is doing so well. She is crawling everywhere and pulling herself up. The dress she is wearing we purchased in Guatemala when we went to pick her up in December.

We created this site so that all of those we love can see our precious Moriah Joy Estefania! We began our adoption process in February 2006. After US Govt approval we recieved a suprise that we would adopt a baby girl since, from what the adoption agency said we were most likely going to have a boy. Moriah was born on July 6, 2006, and is now living with a foster family in Guatemala City while the legal process is taking place. It typically takes 5-7 months for this process to be complete. We are praying that she will be home before Christmas....especially since this may be the last Christmas we are home for a while since we are planning to leave for SE Asia in Fall 2007! Moriah is getting bigger and more adorable every time I see pictures of her, Misty!! I just wrote an update on what is going on with my dad and Canada and the family.. read it if you get the chance! Have a blessed weekend. :)
